Owner and Head Coach Kristina Engel is a certified NYS Teacher and NYS Coach, as well as ACCA certified. She taught for four years before leaving her teaching job to become a full time mama, cheer gym owner, and coach!

Over 15 years of experience coaching in all areas of the sport, including coaching gymnastics of all ages, recreational competitive cheerleading teams, high school JV/Varsity competitive cheerleading teams, and Cornell Cheerleading. She is currently the Head Coach for Ithaca College cheerleading and loves being able to coach athletes of all ages!
